Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead• Manage team in Bangalore, India fostering collaboration, accountability, ownership, inclusion, continuous learning, knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with product, program and IB team to align engineering efforts with customer and business objectives.





• Define and Execute• Execute engineering programs and strategies enabling AI assisted development, automation, verification to accelerate delivery, improve software quality, and increase engineering productivity.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner closely with product management, program management, quality, regulatory and technology leaders to translate customer needs and feedback into prioritizing engineering outcomes, manage prioritizes and execution.
• Work with different GE healthcare businesses at JFWTC and look for opportunities and drive collaboration/reuse between businesses.

• Influence• Influence product roadmaps, technical strategy, architecture decisions, and investment priorities by balancing customer value, business objectives, technical sustainability, and engineering excellence.
