About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Service Sales / Technical Sales / B2B Business Development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and generating business opportunities across Karnataka, with a primary focus on Digital Solutions, Electrical Audits, and HVAC Retrofit & Energy Optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Karnataka through customer visits, networking, references, and market mapping.

• Engage with Facility, Electrical, MEP, Engineering, Operations, and Procurement teams to understand customer requirements.

• Generate qualified leads and develop them into actionable sales opportunities.

• Promote and develop business for:

• Electrical Audits & Energy Assessments

• HVAC Retrofit & Energy Optimization

• Electrical and facility-related services

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to identify technical and operational requirements.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for site surveys, solution development, proposals, and quotations.

• Follow opportunities through the sales cycle and support conversion from lead → chance → proposal → negotiation → order.

• Develop new accounts while identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing customers.

• Maintain regular customer engagement and build a strong network across Karnataka.

• Track market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

• Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline and opportunity status.
