Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager (Technical) is responsible for overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. This role involves managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing the technical performance of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Maintenance
• Ensure smooth operation of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,
and Plumbing) systems within the property.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and audits of equipment such as
HVAC, electrical panels, lifts, UPS, DG sets, STP, WTP, fire protection systems, and BMS etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and breakdown resolution with internal teams and external
vendors.
• Plan and implement monsoon mitigation measures.
• Ensure the deployment of adequate staff to effectively manage daily operations at the site
• Coordinate with project team and conduct snagging, de -snagging, and HOTO (Handing Over & Taking Over) processes for assets and property.
• Assist the Property Manager and management team in completing tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring timely and productive execution.
Vendor & Contractor Management
• Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
