Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic about building a career in IT Business Development / Sales.

The internship will begin with a 1-month unpaid training period. Candidates who successfully complete the training period will be considered for a paid internship based on their performance and suitability for the role. Further, based on performance, consistency, learning ability and contribution during the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment.

Training & Career Progression

Stage 1 – 1-Month Unpaid Training

• The selected candidate will receive structured exposure to IT business development and sales activities.

• Learn about the company's products/services, target markets and sales process.

• Receive training in lead generation, prospecting, communication and client handling.

• Performance and learning will be evaluated throughout the training period.

Stage 2 – Paid Internship

• Upon successful completion of the training period,



the selected candidate may be offered a paid internship based on performance and suitability for the role.

• Responsibilities will progressively increase based on the candidate's capabilities and performance.

• Continued evaluation will be based on learning, quality of work, consistency, ownership and contribution.

Stage 3 – Full-Time Opportunity

• Upon demonstrating strong performance and suitability during the internship, the candidate may be considered for full-time employment.

• Full time conversion will be based on individual performance and business requirements.

• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.

• Generate, qualify and follow up with leads.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting activities.
