Summary: The Oracle CX Lead – Application Support will involve production support primarily and designing, developing, and configuring Oracle CPQ Cloud applications to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, customize CPQ functionalities using BMQL and BML, and maintain integrations with CRM and ERP systems. Your focus will be on ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance optimization of the CPQ system, while also creating and updating technical documentation to support configurations and customizations. Additionally, you will actively participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions and stay updated with the latest Oracle CPQ Cloud features and best practices for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • The role focuses on ensuring system stability, managing incidents and enhancements, supporting business users, and leading L2/L3 production support activities.
