About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter with proven experience in domestic recruitment, particularly within the manufacturing industry.



The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, technical, and other related positions across India.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, an understanding of manufacturing job requirements, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.

• Handle domestic recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, technical, and other business functions.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications, qualifications, experience, and skill requirements.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.

• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring quality of hire.
