Job Description
The Fraud Risk Manager is responsible for leading a team of fraud professionals focused on protecting customers and the bank from fraud-related losses while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role oversees daily operations, monitors performance metrics, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives effective fraud detection, investigation, and resolution activities. The manager partners with business leaders, risk partners, and cross-functional teams to identify emerging fraud trends, mitigate risks, and implement process improvements. They provide coaching, development, and performance management to employees while fostering a culture of accountability,



collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role is accountable for maintaining operational controls, managing escalations, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Success in this position requires robust leadership, analytical thinking, risk management expertise, and the ability to influence positive business outcomes in a dynamic fraud environment.
