We are looking for Jr. Engineer QA to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.tech in Biomedical Engineering and hands-on experience in QA of Medical equipment.

Qualifications

B. E/B.Tech in Biomedical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (QA Inspector Certification is an added advantage)

Responsibilities

- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components as per approved specifications.
- Carry out in-process quality inspection during manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality checklists.
- Verify and maintain traceability, labeling, and identification records of products and components.
- Prepare and maintain calibration records of test equipment.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Service teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.




- Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP, V-lookup, Pivot, PPT.
- Hands-on implementation and maintenance of Medical ISO QMS standards.
- Verify product quality, workmanship, dimensions, fittings, and assembly as per approved drawings and BOM.
- Ensure proper completion, review, and control of production and quality documents.
- Identify and report non-conforming materials / products and maintain rejection, segregation, and rework records.
- Coordinate with vendors / suppliers for quality documents regarding technical specifications.
- Support internal audits, documentation preparation, and compliance activities.
