- Robust knowledge of configuration management principles and practices within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in designing and maintaining scalable CMDB architectures to support enterprise needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and their integration with CMDB.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement configuration management solutions.
