SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATIONJob Function: MEPRole: Foreman/Supervisor/Engineer/Manager - MEP - Site (HVAC)Job Family: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)To execute and supervise Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system installation and testing activities at project sites, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role is responsible for coordinating HVAC execution with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and performance compliance throughout the project lifecycle.SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIESInterpret HVAC drawings and specifications and coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure conflict-free installations.Supervise subcontractors and ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower for uninterrupted site activities.Monitor daily execution progress and ensure quality compliance during equipment installation and duct fabrication.Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air balancing, water balancing, and functional performance testing.Maintain documentation including installation checklists, test reports, and material consumption reports.SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONSInternal StakeholdersProject & Execution Teams:
