About the Role

HiringLabs is looking for an HR Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience to manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through successful closure. The role involves working closely with hiring managers, identifying qualified candidates and ensuring timely hiring against defined requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment platforms, including Naukri and Foundit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and closure.
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies.
- Ensure timely candidate placement within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).




- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare recruitment MIS reports.
- Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.
- Support the recruitment team in meeting defined hiring requirements and targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Robust stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and deliver within defined timelines.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree is required.
- MBA in HR is preferred.

Interview Process

The selection process consists of 3 rounds:

- Sourcing Test
- Discussion Round 1
- Discussion Round 2

Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
