Job Summary

Geni Homes Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with customers, contractors, workers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have good site management knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle customer requirements professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the project site.

* Coordinate with customers and understand their site-related requirements and concerns.

* Handle customer site visits and provide proper project-related information.

* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.

* Monitor construction progress, quality, and work schedules.

* Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues that require attention.

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.

* Coordinate with the project and management teams regarding site updates and requirements.

* Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, progress, and customer requirements.





* Resolve basic site and customer-related issues and escalate major concerns to management.

* Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper coordination at the project site.

Requirements

* Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a relevant field.

* 3–5 years of experience in site management, preferably in residential real estate or construction projects.

* Good knowledge of construction processes and site execution.

* Strong customer handling and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, engineers, and customers.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Willingness to work at the project site and travel locally when required.

Salary: Market-competitive salary package based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
