TELECALLER – IMMIGRATION

Pro Vision is an immigration consultancy based in Sector 17-D, Chandigarh. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team.

Candidate Requirement

Experienced candidates from the Immigration field are preferred/required. Candidates should have prior experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa processing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide basic information about suitable immigration options.
- Schedule appointments for immigration counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.




- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for further client processing.

Requirements

- Prior experience in the Immigration field is required/preferred.
- Experience in immigration consultancy, overseas education, visa consultancy, or related services will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Robust convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
