We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team in coordinating with Purchase,Sales and other internal departments. The role will be responsible for coordinating creative requirements, campaign activities, approvals, follow-ups, documentation, and timely completion of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing and creative requirements with internal departments.
- Collect briefs, product details, inputs, feedback, and approvals.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for timely creative delivery.
- Track creative requests, pending tasks, approvals, corrections, and delivery timelines.
- Support promotional campaigns and monitor campaign-related activities.
- Maintain marketing trackers, campaign records, creative versions, and approval documents.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.




- Identify delays or coordination gaps and escalate issues to the concerned manager.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Campaign Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good coordination, follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, creatives, and promotional activities.
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
