Job Responsibilities

- Assist the operations team in coordinating day-to-day production activities.
- Coordinate with design, production, purchase, installation, and dispatch teams.
- Track project status and production schedules.
- Update daily production and project reports.
- Follow up on pending materials, production activities, and dispatches.
- Assist in maintaining project-related documentation.
- Support the team in identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects move as per schedule.
- Assist in preparing MIS and operational reports.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Freshers are welcome.
