The Interior Designer is responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating them into creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing interior solutions. The role involves independently managing design projects from concept development through design finalization while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, functional requirements, and budget.

· Prepare space plans, floor plans, layouts, sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.

· Create customized modular interior solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, and complete home interiors.

· Present design proposals confidently and incorporate client feedback into final designs.

· Manage projects independently from initial consultation through design approval.

· Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Project Management, and Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Ensure all designs comply with company quality standards, technical feasibility, and budget requirements.

· Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the design journey.

Requirements





· Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design.

· Mandatory experience in modular interiors.

· Robust client relationship management and consultation skills.

· Ability to independently manage multiple design projects.

· Excellent presentation and visualization skills.

· Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, materials, finishes, and modular furniture.

· Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and functionality.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

· Diploma in Interior Design (2 or 3 years) or

· Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Technical Skills

· AutoCAD

· Google SketchUp

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Interior Design and Space Planning

· Design Presentation & Mood Board Creation

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
