Position: Deployment Technician

We are looking for Deployment Technicians to support site surveys, installation, maintenance, and operational checks for ValetEZ’s cloud-based solutions across client locations in India. The role is critical to ensuring smooth project go-lives, uninterrupted operations, and timely resolution of field-level issues.
The technician will work closely with the central Tech, Deployment, and Operations teams, and will gain hands-on exposure to cloud-integrated systems, hardware installation, networking, and field service operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys at client locations and prepare structured reports, including photographs, measurements, infrastructure details, and deployment-readiness observations.
- Assess existing site conditions and identify requirements related to internet connectivity, power supply, network availability, hardware placement, and other deployment needs.
- Install, configure, test, and commission hardware and software components required for ValetEZ solutions at client sites.
- Perform periodic site visits to check the condition of deployed projects, devices, connectivity, and overall system functionality.
- Identify and report technical issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with the central Tech/Deployment team for resolution and escalation.
- Support maintenance activities, including preventive checks,



breakdown maintenance, device replacement, and follow-up on pending site issues.
- Train on-site teams, including valets and attendants, on basic system operations, device usage, and day-to-day troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of site surveys, installations, service visits, material movement, and project status.
- Coordinate with clients, site staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, go-live, and ongoing operations.
- Travel extensively across India for site surveys, installations, maintenance visits, and project support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in field service, installation, maintenance, electrical work, networking, or technical deployment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, networking, low-voltage systems, hardware installation, or automation is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and work flexible schedule during project go-lives or critical support requirements.
- Ability to conduct site assessments, prepare reports, and document technical observations clearly.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based applications and integrated systems is desirable; hands-on training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently at client sites while coordinating effectively with the central team.

Pay: ₹10,728.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month
