We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads through calling and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite speaking ability.
- Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Gujarati & Hindi communication preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
