Minimum 5 years of experience in the garments/textile industry.

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day garment production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production targets, efficiency, and manpower utilization.
- Ensure garments are produced according to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, and Packing teams.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions promptly.
- Monitor operator performance and maintain workplace discipline.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of machines, materials, and accessories.
- Maintain daily production reports and other relevant records.
- Follow company safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.
