Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to produce high-quality video content for our resorts, properties, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals, storytelling, composition, and the ability to create engaging content that represents our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Capture resort properties, rooms, facilities, food & beverages, guest experiences, events, activities, and destination experiences.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, walkthroughs, and campaign content.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, gimbals, drones, and other production equipment as required.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to understand content requirements.
- Travel to different resort properties for video shoots, events, campaigns, and content requirements.
- Plan shots, locations, angles, lighting, and compositions before and during shoots.
- Ensure all video content follows the company's branding and visual guidelines.

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging transitions, animations, subtitles, captions, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio editing, and basic sound mixing.
- Create different video formats and aspect ratios based on platform requirements.
- Organize and maintain video footage and project files for future use.
- Deliver content within agreed timelines and maintain a consistent content schedule.





Content & Creative Responsibilities

- Stay updated with current social media trends, Reel formats, editing styles, and content trends.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for new video content.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars and video campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to create unique and engaging content at different properties.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple content formats when required.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Creator, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, composition, and videography techniques.
- Proficiency in video editing softwares
- Knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Knowledge of drone videography is an advantage.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media video formats.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots and editing projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different resort properties for shoots and content creation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
