We looking for energetic pleasant
- 3+ years in café, restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations, including 1+ year in a supervisory or manager role
- Knowledge of food costing, stock control, and staff management
- Working knowledge of POS systems and Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent Malayalam; working English
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Experience with coffee or bakery operations
- Pre-opening or new-outlet launch experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
