About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for our company. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and share job descriptions and job postings.




- Coordinate joining formalities and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Support HR in other day-to-day HR activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, FMCG, or alcohol/alcobev industry will be an advantage.
