Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Planning & Brand Visibility:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital roadmap for Hyperlink.

o Drive brand visibility, reach, and engagement across multiple platforms.

o Utilize AI‑based tools for content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

· Content Management and Coordination:

o Collate and curate inputs from internal teams to create impactful posts.

o Ensure brand‑aligned messaging and timely dissemination of content.

o Innovate with diverse formats (visuals, reels, blogs, campaigns) to maximize engagement.

· Project Execution and Monitoring:

o Manage end‑to‑end execution of social media initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

o Track performance metrics, prepare dashboards, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

o Oversee executed projects to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable outcomes.

· Supervision & Collaboration:

o Coordinate internally and supervise any external resources/partners.

o Set clear deliverables, monitor execution and ensure external collaborations drives tangible results.

o Act as the single point of contact for all social media initiatives.

Required Qualification, Experience and skills:

· Graduation in any stream (a must)





· Certification courses in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be considered an added advantage

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in social media & Digital Marketing (agency or client side).

· Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and their respective algorithms

· Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel despite tight deadlines

· Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven tools for content generation, scheduling, and performance tracking

· Ability to independently manage projects and collaborate across teams.

· Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and delivering measurable results
