Your work profile

- As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Build and optimize automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Process Automation tools.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring application stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements effectively.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices,



coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Support production releases, bug fixes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Key skills required:

- Prior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.
- Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops
- Robust expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience in integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data management techniques.
- Experience working with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
- At least 1-2 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
