Job Summary

NextCode Placement is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients in the US staffing market. The candidate will handle outbound outreach, research prospects, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in building a strong client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential US clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects and understand their staffing requirements.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule qualified meetings.
- Work with the Sales Team to achieve lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in US staffing lead generation.
- Good understanding of the US staffing market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable with calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and a good team player.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
