Job Summary

We are looking for B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil freshers to join our Solar EPC Project at Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh. The selected candidates will get hands-on exposure to civil construction and project execution activities in a utility-scale solar power project.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Civil Engineering team in day-to-day solar project site activities.
- Support execution of civil works such as foundations, roads, drainage, fencing, buildings, and other infrastructure works.
- Assist in monitoring contractors and labour teams at the project site.
- Check work progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of daily progress reports.
- Support site inspections and quality checks of civil works.
- Assist in checking construction materials and maintaining material records.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
- Maintain site documentation, checklists,



measurements, and progress records.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures at the project site.
- Learn and support the team in resolving day-to-day site execution issues.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager / Senior Engineers.

Eligibility

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at a project site in Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in the Solar EPC / Renewable Energy sector.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of civil drawings and measurements.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Robust work ethic and willingness to work in a site environment.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and site teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
