# IT Sales Executive **Company:** Brandstrek Creative LLP **Location:** Kozhikode, Kerala **Job Type:** Full-time **Experience:** 1–3 years **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives ## Job Description Brandstrek Creative LLP is looking for a motivated and target-oriented **IT Sales Executive** to join our IT and software division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling IT solutions including **website development, software development, web applications, mobile applications, e-commerce solutions, and other digital technology services**. ### Key Responsibilities * Generate current leads through calls, networking, online research, referrals, and direct outreach. * Identify potential businesses and decision-makers who require IT solutions. * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software or website solutions. * Present and explain the company's IT services to prospective clients. * Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations. * Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the technical team. * Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. * Coordinate with the development team to understand project requirements. * Negotiate and close sales within company guidelines. * Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings,



proposals, and conversions. * Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. ### Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred. * Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. * Basic understanding of websites, software development, and digital solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Good lead generation and follow-up skills. * Target-oriented and self-motivated. * Ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers. * Willingness to attend client meetings and travel locally when required. ### Skills IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Website Sales, Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, Communication, Sales Follow-up. ### Salary & Benefits **₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives** Salary will depend on experience and skills.
