1 Defining & achieving sales targets

2 Daily field visit

3 Maintain reports & update to up level

4 Self motivated

5 Able to invest maximum time with Customer

6 Valuable communication, well behavior with everyone

7 Expert in building relationship with customer

8 Able to generate lead

9 Able to schedule appoint of them self [and team too (for leaders)]

10 Able to work late

11 Handle distributor channel & sales team [this is for leaders]

12 Close the lead of sales executive [executive and leaders]

13 Able to lead their team and motivate them [for leaders]

14 Ready to travel in there field regular basis
