Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using PHP and Laravel framework.  Develop and implement RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.  Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.  Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.  Integrate with third-party services and APIs.  Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.  Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.  Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.  Mentor junior developers (if applicable). Qualifications:  4+ years of experience in backend development, with a robust focus on PHP and Laravel.



 Deep understanding of Laravel framework, including Eloquent ORM, routing, and templating.  Experience with API design and development.  Solid understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL).  Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).  Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.  Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
