Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Talent Management Functional Consultant

Experience - 7 - 10 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate Joiner

Requirements:-

- Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Goal & Performance, Learning, Profile Management, and Succession Management.
- End-to-end implementation experience covering configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and production support.
- Knowledge of talent profiles, competencies, performance cycles, learning administration, succession planning, security, approvals, and notifications.
- Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints.
- Ability to translate talent-management requirements into scalable Oracle-standard solutions and clear functional documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification and multi-country implementation experience are preferred.
