The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations| Discovery| Service Mapping| and CMDB solutions. Mandatory Skills Service Now ITSM Service Now ITOM (Discovery| Service Mapping| Event Management) CMDB REST SOAP Integrations Integration Hub MID Server Java Script Service Now Scripting Flow Designer ITIL Framework Location Mumbai or Pune (Mandatory) Key Responsibilities Configure and develop Service Now ITSM modules including Incident| Problem| Change| Request| Knowledge| and SLAs. Design and implement forms| lists| UI policies| client scripts| notifications| and templates. Develop and maintain Business Rules| Script Includes| UI Actions| and reusable components using Service Now Java Script Glide APIs. Implement and maintain Flow Designer and (where applicable) legacy Workflow automations. Build and enhance service catalog items| approval flows| and request fulfillment workflows. Select appropriate automation approaches (Flow vs Script) following best practices. Provide support for ITSM enhancements| bug fixes| and minor change requests. Analyze and resolve production issues within defined SLAs. Ensure solutions adhere to Service Now best practices| performance| and security guidelines Work closely with Business Analysts| QA teams| and platform leads to understanding requirements and deliver solutions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations. Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups| sprint planning| reviews) Technical Expertise Required Strong understanding of ITILaligned ITSM processes| including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management (Standard Normal Emergency)
