Job Description:

• 8-12 Years of Engineering, of which atleast 5 years should be on Performance Engineering, SRE-with-DB depth on a live estate. Worked on PHP, MYSQL added advantage
• Successfully scaled large web applications supporting tens of thousands or more concurrent users.
• Worked on applications with high transaction volumes and stringent response-time requirements.
• Conducted performance engineering for large government, banking, telecom, e-commerce, insurance, or enterprise platforms.
• Experience in analyzing existing production systems rather than only executing scripted load tests.
• Observability implementation with atleast one hyperscaler. Oracle Cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
• Experience working with application architects, database architects, Dev Ops teams, infrastructure teams, and developers to resolve performance problems.
• Robust knowledge of distributed systems and scalability patterns
• Has faced off with a demanding customer or internal SME and participated actively during incidents and root cause analysis
• Experience in rescuing an estate from crumbling under severe loads
