Description

Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Vendor Reconciliation
• Invoice processing, matching with accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a subject Matter Expert on Invoice Processing and exceptions
• Validation and review of processed invoices to ensure quality
• Experience in AP reports, outstanding invoices, and support audits.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies.
• Expediting Invoice Holds
• Monitor and work on Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports
• Vendor/Supplier Query handling

•Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger
• Review supplier, broker, and office emails daily to identify required actions, missing documents, or payment concerns
• Ageing Report review
• Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions
• Follow up on outstanding issues to maintain alignment between vendor statements and internal records.
• Support month end and year end closing activities related to vendor accounts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business teams
• Proficient in English- written and spoken
• ERP - Preference Oracle
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Valuable communication and analytical skills

Accounts Payable Certification - F-TecF-Tec, Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) - Skillab Skillab, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt Szolnok Perfekt Szolnok, Certified Treasury Qualified (CTP) - Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje
