Senior Associate –Project Management / PMO

Role Overview

The Senior Associate – Global PMO supports the planning, governance, coordination, and delivery of global engagements and projects. The role works closely with engagement teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to ensure effective execution, visibility, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end project management and PMO support across global engagements and portfolios.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, RAID logs, and action trackers.
• Coordinate across global, regional, and local member firms to drive timely completion of deliverables.
• Facilitate governance and project meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action follow-ups.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and escalate critical issues appropriately.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations with meaningful insights.
• Ensure adherence to project governance,



quality, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Support project onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive activities to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration/project management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO best practices.
