We are seeking an accomplished procurement leader to drive global sourcing strategy, cost optimization, and supplier performance across women's knitwear and woven tops. This strategic role focuses on building transparent, competitive cost structures while maintaining exceptional product quality, sustainability, and supply chain resilience. You will lead complex negotiations with international manufacturing partners, oversee competitive bidding processes, and leverage clean-sheet costing to achieve ambitious savings targets. Working closely with merchandising, materials, production, and technology teams, you will optimize sourcing decisions from raw materials through finished goods. You will also explore cutting-edge supply chain models and AI-powered procurement tools to improve efficiency and unlock new commercial opportunities.

Accountabilities

• Global Procurement Strategy: Define and execute short- and long-term procurement strategies for women's knitwear and woven tops, establishing commercial roadmaps, supplier distribution plans, and measurable cost and margin improvement targets aligned with business growth.

• Cost Optimization and Savings: Drive ambitious product cost reductions while protecting quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards. Target approximately 700 basis points of product cost reduction over the next 12 months through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational efficiency.

• RFP Management and Supplier Negotiations: Lead end-to-end request-for-proposal processes, from supplier identification and competitive bidding to commercial evaluation a
