About the Role
The Principal Business Analyst (JB5) in the P&C; Product Organization is a senior individual contributor who drives high-quality business analysis, requirements definition, and end-to-end requirement quality across P&C; products and capabilities such as Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital1st, and P&C; AI.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, QA, Services, Support, and customer-facing teams to translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities into clear, testable product specifications, business journeys, and release-ready outcomes.

You will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence on complex,



cross-domain initiatives across the P&C; portfolio, while also acting as a product champion who can demonstrate, discuss, and clearly articulate features, functions, and underlying rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for complex P&C; domains and cross-product initiatives across policy lifecycle, rating, billing and payments, collections, claims, digital, and related carrier workflows, from discovery through solution definition and delivery support.

• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities into end-to-end business journeys, product requirements, and testable outcomes aligned to business goals.
