Job Description
- Enterprise P&L; Ownership & Business Performance: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion across multiple healthcare verticals with full P&L; accountability.
- Enterprise Growth Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies including expansion of services, channels, and partnerships across allied businesses.
- Commercial & Pricing Governance: Lead pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies to optimize revenue and margins while ensuring competitiveness.
- Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Enhance end-to-end customer experience to drive satisfaction, repeat usage, and loyalty across all business lines.
- Digital Enablement & Channel Development: Leverage digital platforms, e-commerce, and partnerships to expand reach, improve access, and drive growth.
- Risk, Compliance & Quality Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, clinical quality, and internal control standards across all allied businesses.
- Capability Building & Integration:



Build high-performing teams and drive integration with hospital ecosystem to enable cross-sell and synergy realization.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 17+ years of experience in scaling businesses across diagnostics, pharmacies, other retail health set ups.
- Proven healthcare business leader with robust P&L; ownership and growth orientation.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Ability to build high-performing teams and lead cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and business transformation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching, growing, or turning around businesses.
