Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Background & expected experiences:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
• Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
• Solid understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
