As a Social Media Assistant,



you will support the day-to-day management of Oxford University Press's Academic social media channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and scheduling social media content across Academic marketing channels.

• Ensuring content aligns with brand and social media best practices.

• Monitoring social media platforms and providing first-line support for customer queries and issues.

• Working closely with Marketing, Customer Services, and Communications teams to manage urgent communications and escalate issues when required.

• Supporting the creation of timely, engaging, and audience-focused content around industry trends, conferences, and key academic conversations.

• Maintaining social media documentation, processes, and best practice guides.

• Tracking social media performance metrics and preparing regular analytics reports.

• Identifying opportunities to improve engagement and content effectiveness through a data-dr
