About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Security Operations skilled to join the VNO-ESOC team supporting Heritage 3 Network Operations. This role is focused on delivering reliable, secure and efficient operational support across enterprise network security infrastructure, including firewalls, proxy platforms, load balancers, VMware environments and Cisco FMC. The successful candidate will play a key role in incident resolution, service restoration, change implementation, risk management and continuous service improvement while ensuring high availability of customer-facing security services.
What you’ll do
Incident, Problem and Service Request Management
•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across firewall, proxy, load balancer, virtualisation and security management platforms within agreed service levels.
•Investigate complex service-impacting issues across Cisco, F5, Clavister, Fortinet, NetGu
