Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Job Purpose:To drive profitable business growth, market expansion, and channel effectiveness across multiple states within the North East Region by strengthening dealer networks, developing team capabilities, managing strategic OEM partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence, governance, and brand leadership.

1. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

• Deliver targeted revenue growth and profitability for the region.

• Drive market share expansion across focus markets and product categories.

• Identify new business opportunities, growth pockets, key accounts, and territory development opportunities.

• Strengthen enquiry management and improve conversion rates through disciplined sales execution.

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.

2. Channel Management & Dealer Development

• Strengthen dealer capability, engagement, productivity, and accountability.





• Ensure commercial discipline across the channel, including pricing, credit management, and collections.

• Ensure adequate inventory availability through close coordination with supply chain teams.

• Support dealer manpower planning and capability enhancement initiatives.

• Drive channel productivity and market coverage improvement programs.

• Build strong relationships with dealer principals and key channel partners.

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless business execution.

3. OEM Business Management

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic OEM customers.

• Drive business growth through effective account management and customer engagement.

• Build and maintain a healthy order pipeline and ensure timely execution.

• Establish robust relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders.
