The Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) group is part of the Credit and Fraud Risk organization. RPDS defines and drives the transformation and modernization of risk management capabilities across the company’s technology platforms.

The Associate, Product Management, will support the development and delivery of product capabilities within the Global Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team, with a focus on Next Generation Underwriting and Risk Decisioning.

Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Associate will partner with Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Product, Technology, Data, Marketing,



and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements and support execution across the product development lifecycle.

The role will support product roadmap development, Program Increment (PI) planning and prioritization, requirements definition and grooming, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities
• Supports the development and implementation of credit and fraud risk capabilities across consumer and commercial portfolios.
• Partners with Risk, Product, Technology, Data, Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into transparent product requirements and capabilities.
• Contributes to product vision and roadmap development through business analysis, stakeholder input, and identification of opportunities and dependencies.
