Job Description
- Lead the India business for powder coating equipment, liquid coating systems, and turnkey paint shop projects.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for market expansion, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Build robust relationships with OEMs, manufacturing leaders, EPC contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Develop a robust pipeline of greenfield and brownfield paint shop opportunities across automotive, industrial, appliance, metal furniture, and engineering sectors.
- Drive sales of complete project lines,



which represent the primary revenue focus, alongside standard products, spare parts, and services.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential projects while improving bid conversion and execution effectiveness.
- Act as the primary India interface for global stakeholders and collaborate closely with regional business development teams based in Southeast Asia.
- Evaluate localization opportunities and develop strategies for local sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, and vendor ecosystem development.
- Provide technical-commercial leadership across powder coating, liquid painting, pretreatment, conveyor systems, ovens, automation, and material handling solutions.
- Lead complete paint shop projects from concept development through design, quotation, negotiation, execution, commissioning, and after-sales support.
