Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Node.js Backend Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale backend solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical design, solution architecture, and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
The role requires solid expertise in backend development, API design, cloud-native architectures, system integrations, and modern engineering practices. As a Level 9 professional, the candidate is expected to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders,



and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Drive technical discussions and provide technology recommendations aligned with project and organizational objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of backend components, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
