Overview

Role Summary The Data Analyst is a key role within the reporting and analytics workstream, responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of Power BI dashboards. This role focuses on transforming data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders. You will work closely with data, analytics, and business teams to validate datasets, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure dashboards are reliable, well structured, and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Dashboard Development & Maintenance: • Support the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of Power BI dashboards • Translate business requirements into clear dashboard views, metrics, filters, and reporting outputs that support decision-making Data Management & Validation: • Manage and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and readiness for analysis and reporting. • Perform regular data quality checks, identify gaps or inconsistencies,



and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. • Investigate reporting anomalies, validate calculations, and support root-cause analysis to maintain data integrity. • Document and maintain data definitions, business logic, methodologies, and source changes to ensure transparency and consistency. • Support the ongoing improvement of data processes, reporting outputs, and analytical solutions to enhance data reliability and usability. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support: • Work closely with analytics, data governance, media, and client teams to gather requirements, validate outputs, and ensure dashboards answer key business questions. • Provide explicit updates on data issues, dashboard changes, and reporting timelines to support smooth delivery and stakeholder confidence.
