As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, supporting the CLM Domestic BFSI team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to the energetic nature of the BFSI industry.

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee back-office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Act as a liaison between front-end customer care and back-office teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
• Implement and maintain robust operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze customer inquiries and feedback, identifying trends and areas for enhancement in our services.
• Collaborate with the customer care team to develop and implement strategies for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Train and mentor back-office staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation,

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operations or back-office role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
