The Job:
As a Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our India supply chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
• Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and operations, clarifying order requirements, delivery timelines, and special pricing conditions.
• Create, update, and align sales orders, and deliveries in SAP
• Take timely action against open orders, tracking backorders, resolving blocks (e.g., credit, delivery, or pricing blocks).
• Coordinating with planning team,



expediting the shipment to meet customer requested dates.
• Process order changes seamlessly in SAP—including quantity modifications, item additions, and delivery date rescheduling—while ensuring proper documentation with necessary approvals.
• Investigate and resolve customer or sales team disputes regarding billing, order status, or inventory availability.
• Handling IRN related issues & resolving along with the relevant stakeholders.
• Addresses discrepancies, and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process
• Working closely with the warehouse team for timely processing of DO till delivery stage.
