We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Contract & SOW Governance

• Review Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests, and Contract Amendments.

• Validate contractual obligations, SLAs, service credits, penalties, governance requirements, transition commitments, staffing obligations, and reporting requirements.

• Create and maintain contract obligation matrices and compliance trackers.

• Ensure alignment between MSA, SOW, annexures, pricing schedules, solution designs, and commercial assumptions.

• Identify contractual gaps, ambiguities, and delivery risks before contract execution.

Solution & Technical Validation

• Review solution designs for Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Managed Services, Service Desk, Data Center, Network,



and Workplace Services engagements.

• Validate that solution assumptions align with contractual commitments and scope definitions.

• Assess feasibility of proposed delivery models, staffing structures, service levels, and operating procedures.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to resolve scope, effort, and technical discrepancies.

• Ensure that proposed solutions can be measured, governed, and delivered within agreed commercial terms.

Deal Assurance & Commercial Validation

• Participate in deal reviews and governance forums.

• Validate resource models, effort estimations, and pricing assumptions.

• Review dependencies, exclusions, assumptions, and risk mitigation plans.

• Assess impact of scope changes and support change order governance.

• Support margin protection and revenue assurance activities.
