Technical Operations Analyst II

As a Technical Operations Analyst II, you will investigate and resolve complex production incidents, support critical services, and contribute to service enhancements. You will lead small technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts,



and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations in 24/7 production or equivalent technical environments.
• Lead investigations and remediation efforts for high-impact service disruptions.
• Analyze data, system patterns, and operational trends to identify root causes.
• Research known solutions and recommend ways to prevent recurring issues.
• Configure and operate cloud infrastructure using automation, code, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
