Job Description for Posting Deputy Manager - Compliance (Grade - D1)

Role Description:
To understand the policies and procedures of Marsh McLennan and maintain due diligence and screening process. To review the Group's Financial Crime documents for internal and external compliance purposes and maintain the system and records. Manage effective delivery of SLA and people management. Managing Stakeholders and Business. Contribute to process migrations and implementation.

Role Requirements:
• An understanding of Due Diligence & Screening.
• Managing Adhoc projects and understanding on Compliance Monitoring.
• Good email writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills along with valuable Excel experience.
• Problem solving skills in a multi-product / service environment.
• Ability to understand business issues / customer requirements and provide solutions.
• People management.




• Responsive and enthusiastic and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Create a strong culture of risk and compliance consciousness within Marsh McLennan through external influence on teams.
• To be abreast with the recent regulatory changes / developments and its impact on Marsh McLennan business across the globe.
• Build and develop strong relationships with UK team by building credibility and engaging on a day-to-day basis.
• Review work of peers and mentor new hires.
• Responsible for developing the quality standards of the team.
• Have a view and information on the skills and knowledge gaps of team and plan for training, cross skilling, and up skilling of all team members for current and future needs.

Principal Accountabilities
• Independently manage projects for Marsh McLennan deals across the globe.
• Maintain tracker, prepare dashboards, escalating to respective Local Compliance officers.
